Ontario process services can issue the following legal documents at any of the desired Ontario Court houses within Ontario, Canada. As a courtesy to our new and existing process serving clientele we have included an up to date disbursement schedule of the different rates and fees. Please note that this is for information purposes only and may not be 100% accurate. On the issue of the following documents;
1. i. Issue a statement of claim or notice of action at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice – Disbursement Fees - $220.00.
ii. Issue a notice of application at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice – Disbursements Fees - $220.00.
iii. Issue a third or subsequent party claim at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice – Disbursement Fees - $220.00.
iv. Issue a statement of defence and counterclaim at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice – Disbursement Fees - $220.00

vi. Issue a a certificate, other than a certificate of a search by the registrar required on an application for a certificate of appointment of estate trustee, and not more than five pages of copies of the Court document annexed at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice – Disbursement Fees - $30.00 – for each additional page 2.00
vii. Issue a commission at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice – Disbursement Fees - $55.00
